She is a gift of God to my life. My family is so happy because they were unable to take me to appointments." - CareNet Care Reciever
What We Offer | Board Members | Community Caregivers' Coalition

Our caregivers and care receivers enjoy spending time together:

  • Friendly Visits
  • Telephone Assurance Calls
  • Shopping Assistance
  • Transportation
  • Yard Work
  • Light Meal Preparation During a Visit
  • Respite Care

How do CareNet volunteers and care receivers get together? Initially the director will meet with the care receiver to identify needs. Then the director, CareNet volunteer and care receiver have an introductory meeting and the volunteer will be asked to provide services that meet the care receiver's needs and suit the volunteer's interests, desires and abilities. Typically, a volunteer meets with the care receiver for one hour each week. To learn more about how to become a CareNet Volunteer, please click here.

Our services depend upon the availability of volunteers!
